As Innovation Initiative Coordinator for Camgian Labs, you will be at the heart of our advanced R&D and rapid prototyping efforts. In this high-impact role, you’ll act as a strategic connector - streamlining workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational excellence across our innovation portfolio. Your work will directly accelerate the execution of mission-critical projects, enabling Camgian Labs to deliver breakthrough solutions in AI/ML and advanced technology for national security and beyond. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. 

  • 3+ years of professional experience in project coordination, executive administration, or business operations. 

  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex schedules and cross-functional workflows. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Experience interfacing with technical teams and external partners. 

  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, project management software). 

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid team environment. 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time within the United States to support customer and stakeholder engagements. 

  • Eligibility to obtain or maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance which requires U.S. citizenship. 

Desired Skills 

  • Experience supporting advanced R&D or technology teams. 

  • Familiarity supporting U.S. Government customers. 

  • Experience with dashboarding, reporting, and information management tools. 

  • Experience with recruitment and onboarding support activities. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Strategic Initiative Coordination: Track progress across Camgian Lab efforts, maintain dashboards, timelines, and documentation. 

  • Strategic Opportunity Tracking: Identify, track, and prioritize strategic opportunities across SBIR/STTR and other advanced R&D vehicles. 

  • Strategic Partnership Management: Support coordination with external collaborators and ensure follow-through on action items. 

  • Meeting & Task Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings, take notes, follow up on action items, and keep task lists current. 

  • Business Development Liaison: Coordinate with BD team to support proposal development planning, partner communications, and opportunity reviews. 

  • Talent Pipeline Coordination: Help coordinate hiring logistics, recruitment activities, and onboarding materials. 

  • Communications Support: Draft internal updates, announcements, and briefing materials. 

  • Information Management: Maintain shared folders and trackers for initiatives and proposals.
